Our founder, Roger Bateman, established Vazon Technology in 2016 with a vision to revolutionise the way small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) navigate the IT landscape. With over three decades of experience in Business Operations and Technology Management, Roger brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Throughout his career, Roger has successfully delivered a multitude of technology projects across both the Private and Public Sectors. He has a track record of building high-performing technology teams in various industries and collaborating with infrastructure and software suppliers of all sizes to drive Business Technology Change. His achievements include working for two 'Fast 50' Companies and even contributing as a Project Manager on a project destined for NASA in the United States.
Roger's qualifications extend to ISO9001 auditing and lead implementation for ISO 27001. He is also a Professional Member of the British Computing Society (BCS) and an active member of the Gatwick Diamond Business Group.
